Venable attorneys Brian Lustbader and Sue Golden will be presenting at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) annual meeting on January 28, 2022.
Brian will present on “Issues in Non-Profit Construction and Development Projects.” He is a member of the NYSBA Real Property Law Section Executive Committee and a co-chair of its Construction Law Committee.
Sue will be presenting on “Hot Topics in Not-For-Profit Law.” She is a member of the NYSBA Real Property Law Section Executive Committee and a co-chair of the Real Property Law Section Committee on Not-for-Profit Entities and Concerns.
