The Future of Online Enforcement – Getting ahead of Today’s Counterfeiting Challenges

Justin Pierce, a co-chair of the Intellectual Property Division, will speak at the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC) Annual Conference 2022 in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 28 at 11:30 am.  He will join as a speaker on General Session Panel 4, “The Future of Online Enforcement – Getting ahead of Today’s Counterfeiting Challenges.” This panel will focus on practical solutions and the use of technology to battle online fakes. The presenters will talk not just about the evolution of counterfeiting practices, but also about developments in how e-commerce and social media sites operate and new features affecting brand enforcement online.
