Stu Ingis, a partner in Venable's eCommerce, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Group, addressed an event hosted by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) on current federal privacy legislative proposals. He discussed the American Data Privacy Protection Act (ADPPA) in addition to other proposed legislation. He also provided an overview of current FTC actions related to data privacy.
