On one side are global technology companies that object to the potential for harm to their brand and offerings posed by the use of Pegasus by intelligence and law enforcement communities around the world. On the other side is NSO Group and its investors, who have been promoting the sale of Pegasus to those very same communities over the last decade, sometimes with disastrous results.
