On January 24, 2023 Justin Pierce will be a participating panelist on behalf of INTA at the roundtables being conducted by the USPTO and USCO pursuant to the agencies’ joint study of NFTs and IP. Justin will serve on the panel, “Trademarks and NFTs” roundtable. The Trademarks and NFTs roundtable is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EDT, comprising three sessions of 1.5-2 hours each, with panelists grouped by industry sector.
