Venable partners Meredith Bushnell and Kevin Ghassomian spoke at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2023 Midyear Tax meeting held on February 9-11th in San Diego.
Meredith and Kevin presented “The Tax Aspects of Premarital Agreements” a look into the technical differences between premarital and post marital agreements, common pitfalls, and unintended consequences frequently encountered in California marital agreements, as well as tax and enforceability issues in marital agreements for migratory couples and non-citizens.
