Investigating Sexual Tort Claims

On March 14, 2023, Janice Gregerson will co-present “Investigating Sexual Torts Claims” at the 2023 DRI Sexual Torts Seminar. This presentation will cover best practices for how to identify credible allegations, protect privileged information, and effectively communicate with victims, staff, and law enforcement in order to limit any civil exposure, specifically investigations in the matter of hospitals, psychiatric facilities, churches, and educational institutions.
