This presentation discusses the statutory and regulatory basis for Tribal involvement under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Rivers and Harbors Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and National Historic Preservation Act. It then offers suggestions on how to work collaboratively with Tribes and minimize areas of potential conflict.
