Venable partner Fred Wagner will speak at the Association of Transportation Law Professionals 2023 Transportation Forum XX in Washington, DC on November 13, 2023. Fred will discuss recent changes in environmental law impacting the transportation sector, especially rail and port development. He will specifically focus on proposed amendments to the Council on Environmental Quality’s NEPA rules, the Supreme Court “Waters of the United States” ruling, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Section 401 Water Quality Certification final rule.
