Harley Geiger participated in the discussion "A Legal Defense Fund for Hackers" at Shmoocon, an annual convention for the demonstration of technology exploitation, presentations of inventive software and hardware solutions, and open discussions of critical infosec issues.
Harley discussed the Security Research Legal Defense Fund (SRLDF), a nonprofit he founded and leads that aims to help finance representation for hackers facing legal threats due to good faith security research.
