Eric Jacobs will be presenting at the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association CLE Luncheon on April 9 at the University Club of Tampa. He will be presenting with Assistant United States Trustee Guy Van Baalen on eligibility issues in various bankruptcy chapters, including Chapters 7, 13, 11, and Subchapter 5 cases, as well as lesser-known Chapters 9, 12, 15, and Involuntary Bankruptcies.
