Emily Plocki presented “A Tri-State Update on Changes in the Law and Regulations Affecting Estates, Trusts, and Probate Law” at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) MD/DC/VA spring meeting on May 22. This presentation highlighted recent legislative enactments and case rulings involving estate, trust, and probate law in the jurisdictions of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.
