Brian Lustbader, Russell Wolfson, Sue Golden, Hilary Atzrott Hamburg, and Amanda MacVey will speak at the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section’s Summer Meeting, which runs July 11 – 14, 2024 in Montréal.
Sue Golden, who is 2nd Vice Chair of the Real Property Law Section and Program Chair, will make introductory remarks before presentations begin on July 12 and 13.
On July 12, Brian Lustbader and Russell Wolfson will present “You’ve Got Invoices: Construction Contract Prompt Payment Law and Retainage Cap." The CLE will address just-enacted statutory revisions that will affect all construction contracts going forward.
Amanda MacVey will also present “Construction Contracts and Construction Management: Sustainability and the Road to Net Zero.”
On July 13, Hilary Atzrott Hamburg will present “Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls in Land Use Applications (with Chocolates!)”
