From day one of President Trump’s second term, his administration has been focused on rolling back federal regulations through a series of executive orders. As we see how these deregulatory efforts are shaping up, we are hosting a webinar series focused on examining key regulations that are being repealed or reworked, challenges to these rollbacks, and what it all means for organizations operating in the United States.
Each one-hour CLE-eligible webinar will cover:
- An overview of regulations slated for repeal or modification by a specific agency or a related group of agencies
- An explanation of any regulations that are being repealed via notice-and-comment rulemaking
- Practical implications for affected industries
- Potential legal challenges to the deregulatory efforts
In the first webinar in this series, partners Ron Jacobs and Megan Barbero will review the president’s executive orders aimed at deregulatory efforts across the federal government. They will explore the mechanisms for repeal and revision, pros and cons for business, and potential challenges to the administration’s deregulatory efforts.
