David Berek to Speak at an ACTEC Business Planning Committee Meeting on March 4

David Berek will be speaking on "Lender Structure for Managing Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions and the Imposition of Entrepreneurial Risk to Support Substance and Structure" at a meeting of the American College of Trust & Estate Practitioners (ACTEC) Business Planning Committee, Family Office Subcommittee, held in connection with the ACTEC 2026 annual meeting. The annual meeting will take place on March 4–8, 2026, at the JW Marriott and Tampa Marriott Water Street in Tampa, Florida.
