WAVe Celebrates Women Who Inspire

In March, to commemorate Women's History Month and the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage, WAVe planned to host a half-day program to acknowledge trailblazing figures in the journey toward gender equality and learn from women clients and friends about how our shared history of achievement can inform future progress. Due to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, our program had to be postponed. However, Women's History Month carries on through our "Women Who Inspire" campaign – including a collection of quotes and observations from Venable attorneys and friends about the women who have influenced their lives. As we wait to reschedule the event, we invite you to enjoy this virtual celebration of some truly inspiring individuals, which we will be adding to over the course of the year.
