She also has represented clients in commercial litigation, investigations and arbitration.

Michaela has represented clients in multiple nationwide litigations involving numerous vaccines and drug products. Her experience ranges from initial stages of litigation through to matter resolution and includes developing litigation strategy, conducting factual investigation and development, engaging in all aspects of discovery and motions practice, and serving on several trial teams in complex pharmaceutical litigation.

Throughout her career, Michaela has advised clients on matters related to electronically stored information (ESI), including preservation, collection and maintenance of ESI; developing and implementing ESI collection protocols; and designing and using databases for the management, analysis and production of documents.
