Alexa Ain is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex business disputes, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. Alexa's practice spans a broad range of commercial litigation, including securities litigation, internal and government-facing investigations, data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, bankruptcy-related disputes, and other high-stakes business controversies. Before joining Venable, Alexa was an associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation practice at an AmLaw 100 global law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathryn H. Vratil of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
