Christine Abiyou

Christine Abiyou works with Venable's Corporate Group to help clients handle mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other types of transactions. Christine facilitates deals by drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts, including LLC and operating agreements, as well as corporate contract formation and government contracts. She particularly enjoys working with clients in the technology, media, and commercial services space to help them achieve their objectives through her conciliatory work in corporate matters.
