Frank Acevedo assists clients in solving complex commercial litigation matters. Frank dissects complicated facts and uses diverse areas of law to create compelling arguments to support clients' cases. As an analytical thinker and effective communicator, he provides valuable support to our experienced litigators, who rely on him to conduct thorough research and draft detailed memoranda on business, entertainment, real estate, and general civil litigation matters. In addition to researching discrete legal issues, Frank's experience includes writing demand letters and drafting discovery requests and responses.

During law school, Frank became well versed in all aspects of civil litigation while serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sandra R. Klein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and for the Honorable Pedro V. Castillo of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He also sharpened his writing skills as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
