Taylor Bleistein advises clients on matters related to labor and employment. Taylor's practice is informed by her experience as a legal intern with Brooklyn Law School's Employment Law Clinic and the National Labor Relations Board, Region 29, where she conducted investigations, prepared written submissions, and represented clients in unemployment insurance hearings; counseled and represented a client with a cause of action of disability discrimination in a mediation; researched and drafted memoranda on matters related to labor relations; and took affidavits from charging parties and prepared written reports with recommendations.
