Cassandra Brumback focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation. As a litigator, negotiator, and trusted advisor, Cassandra helps clients navigate the full spectrum of workplace disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She has experience at every stage in the litigation process, from handling initial administrative complaints to discovery and drafting dispositive motions. Cassandra also helps clients to avoid litigation through internal investigations and strategic counseling on workplace policies.

Cassandra graduated first in her class from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was the publications editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. As a law clerk to Chief Judge George L. Russell, III, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, she wrote more than 80 opinions resolving dispositive motions in a variety of civil litigation matters.
