Christina’s experience includes contract negotiation and drafting, dispute resolution, and litigation pertaining to construction defect claims, delay claims, and mechanic’s liens. She previously worked in-house for a prominent university, focusing on construction law. Her responsibilities included drafting, modifying, and reviewing various construction contracts, and remedying various construction issues related to procurement, insurance, bonds, liens, and project closeout.
