Jacob Blevins helps clients navigate the complex laws and regulations that govern political and nonprofit activity. Jacob works with a team that assists political organizations, nonprofit entities, and businesses on a broad range of issues, including campaign finance law, gift and ethics rules, and lobbying regulations. Additionally, Jacob helps nonprofit organizations with formation, obtaining tax-exempt status, corporate governance, and contract review.

Jacob began his Venable career as a summer associate. While earning his law degree, he gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to joining Venable, Jacob served as legislative correspondent to U.S. Senator James M. Inhofe (R-OK), where his portfolio included small business, agriculture, Native American affairs, and education.
