Marie A. Bauer

Marie Bauer focuses her practice on matters related to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Marie has experience conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, drafting motions, facilitating discovery, and performing investigations. She is also experienced in trial preparation, including the development of case strategy and the coordination of evidence. Marie is adept at navigating both state and federal court systems.

Marie is dedicated to promoting diversity in the legal profession. She was selected as a Rose Zetzer Fellow while in law school upon demonstrating a strong intellectual interest in and commitment to women and leadership issues. She has also served as a representative for OutLaw, an organization dedicated to supporting the LGBTQ+ student community.
