P.J. Brogan's practice focuses on energy regulation and government contracts. P.J. assists in litigating matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and various courts. During law school, P.J. served on a team that filed an "extraordinary and compelling reasons for release" motion in a federal district court. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before beginning his legal career, P.J. was a housing and homeless shelter case manager with various organizations and a Social Security Disability paralegal.
