Erin L. Coudon

Utilizing her background in finance, Erin Coudon helps clients navigate a range of corporate challenges. In addition to general corporate matters, Erin’s practice is focused on areas related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital financing, public and private securities offerings, and compliance. She has counseled corporations through M&A transactions, managing the deal process from start to finish. Erin has also represented businesses in connection with corporate formation and governance matters. Prior to joining Venable, Erin was a corporate associate and served as corporate secretary on the Global Board and U.S. Executive Committee at an international law firm.
