Evan Crum’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, particularly those arising in the commercial mortgage-backed securities industry. While earning his law degree, Evan served as a law clerk for Senator Charles E. Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, within the senator’s Oversight and Investigations Unit. In this role, Evan worked with a team of attorneys that investigated sensitive oversight matters, drafted speeches and correspondence for the senator, and prepared committee reports summarizing investigative findings.
