Jordan L. Cook

Jordan Cook advises clients on the complexities of corporate law matters. Jordan has experience with researching legal issues and drafting memoranda on several areas of law. Prior to joining Venable, she worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven B. Gould on the Court of Appeals of Maryland. There, she performed legal research, prepared memoranda, and assisted in the drafting of judicial opinions concerning various civil and criminal matters. Jordan also worked as a Venable summer associate.
