Chou Monica

Monica Chou practices intellectual property (IP) law, with a focus on patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Monica has worked on matters involving various technologies related to pharmaceuticals, including formulations for the treatment of bacterial infections, eye vitamin supplements for macular degeneration, and antipsychotics. Monica has experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through bench trial, and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

While in law school, Monica interned for the Massachusetts State Senate through the Legislative Policy and Drafting Clinic, where she worked on pharmaceutical drug pricing legislation. She also served as an articles editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
