Rachel S. Christenson

Rachel Christenson maintains a broad commercial litigation practice and represents clients in matters in both state and federal courts. Rachel focuses her practice on contract disputes, trade secrets, and intellectual property (IP) matters. She has experience representing clients through all stages of litigation, including managing written discovery, analyzing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery-related motions. Rachel works closely with in-house counsel to develop practical litigation strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
