Alison DeMarco focuses her practice on corporate law matters. Alison is adept at researching legal issues, drafting legal memoranda for pre-trial motions and evidentiary issues, and reviewing and organizing discovery. During law school, she gained experience in all levels of trial preparation through clerkships at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and at a small criminal, real estate, and personal injury law firm in Baltimore. She also worked as a Venable summer associate.

Alison graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as a staff editor and the executive notes and comments editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law. Prior to attending law school, Alison served as a Teach for America corps member and worked as an elementary school teacher in Detroit.
