Andrew J. Donivan's practice has been focused exclusively on construction law for his entire career. Andrew represents owners, developers, and other stakeholders in contract negotiations and dispute resolution in connection with projects across the country, including commercial and residential skyscrapers, airports, hotels, schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, environmental remediation sites, and chemical processing facilities. Andrew drafts and negotiates design and construction contracts on a daily basis on behalf of clients undertaking complex projects, with a focus on managing the client's exposure to risks related to cost, time, and scope.

When project claims or other commercial disputes arise, Andrew assists clients in resolving disputes efficiently and, when possible, before formal litigation ensues. His construction dispute resolution experience includes defective design and construction, delay and acceleration, surety bonds, mechanic's liens, professional negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, warranty, nonpayment, insurance coverage, property access, and other construction-related breach of contract matters.
