Emma C. Davis

Emma Davis represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and white collar defense matters in courts across the country. She has experience throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions in court. During law school, Emma worked as an assistant commonwealth attorney in Virginia, taking cases to trial as part of the prosecution clinic, and in the National Courts Section of the Department of Justice (DOJ).
