Brennan Edwards focuses his practice on transactional tax law, advising clients on a wide range of complex business transactions. Brennan has experience analyzing international and domestic tax consequences for taxable gifts and property transactions. He is also adept at conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on a variety of tax-related issues.

While earning his J.D., Brennan gained valuable experience serving as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler. Brennan received his LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law, where he studied corporate and international tax, partnership tax, and mergers and acquisitions.
