Rebecca Eberhardt focuses her practice on gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; trust and estate administration and settlement; and fiduciary counsel. Rebecca advises individuals, families, business owners, and corporate executives on all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, formation, and operation of family investment vehicles, leveraged wealth-transfer techniques, business succession planning, and charitable gift planning.
She counsels corporate and individual fiduciaries and beneficiaries on all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings, generation-skipping transfer tax, state and federal estate tax and fiduciary income tax return preparation and audits, fiduciary duties, and judicial and non-judicial modification of irrevocable trusts. Rebecca also offers counsel on trust construction, accounting, and termination proceedings.
