Mike Friedman helps clients solve all sorts of complex litigation and business disputes. Mike has significant experience in the areas of bankruptcy—he has represented individual and corporate debtors, creditors, official unsecured creditors’ committees, and bankruptcy trustees. He regularly handles complex fraud cases and has helped court-appointed receivers and government agencies obtain substantial recoveries for fraud victims. Mike is also an accomplished appellate advocate and has won high-value cases on issues of first impression in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mike has extensive experience in litigation stemming from involuntary bankruptcy proceedings and has lectured and co-authored articles on that subject. In addition to his insolvency and commercial litigation practice, Mike has substantial experience representing community associations, members, and developers in litigation involving governance disputes.
