While in law school, Alejandra served as the president of the Latin American Law Organization (LALO) and the professional programs co-chair for Virginia Law Women (VLW). She gained valuable litigation experience as a student attorney through the University of Virginia Law School Immigration Clinic and served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Tax Review.

Before joining Venable, Alejandra supported clients in the technology industry with international civil litigations and regulatory disputes as a legal assistant at an Am Law 100 firm.
