Gabriela Gutierrez-Bravo supports litigation teams handling complex commercial disputes. Gabriela brings a strong background in legal research and writing to her practice. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the California Supreme Court, U.S. District Court of Northern California, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Northern California. During these experiences, she gained insight into the functions and processes of various court systems and filings. She drafted bench memoranda, court opinions, and court orders, and attended multiple motion hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
