Jason Galaif

Jason Galaif brings a background in accounting to his private wealth planning practice. As a certified public accountant (CPA), currently inactive, Jason is well equipped to help clients protect their assets in a tax-efficient manner. His breadth of experience enables him to incorporate aspects of corporate law, tax law, and trust and estate planning to create wealth management solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Prior to joining Venable, Jason was a private wealth planning associate in the Costa Mesa office of an Am Law 100 firm. There, he organized structures to distribute generational wealth with a focus on federal, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) taxes. Jason also provided counseling on matters related to restructuring, tax implications, fiduciary responsibilities, trust administration, and succession documentation.
