Jose Gonzalez Lopez

José González López represents clients in matters related to intellectual property (IP) in the technology industry, including litigation in Federal District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). José brings a background in computer engineering to his IP practice. Prior to law school, he was an advanced integration engineer and developer at a medical device software company. José helps clients with matters involving a variety of technological subjects, such as electrical circuits, wireless communications, media streaming, networking, and medical devices. He also has experience with trade secret misappropriation investigations, software copyright issues, and IP licensing agreements.
