José A. González López

José González López assists clients with intellectual property (IP) matters in the technology industry, including litigation in Federal District Court, the Federal Circuit (CAFC), and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). José brings a background in computer engineering to his IP practice. Prior to law school, he was an advanced integration engineer and developer at a medical device software company. José helps clients in a variety of technological areas, such as electrical circuits, wireless communications, media streaming, networking, vehicle systems, and medical devices. He also has experience with trade secret misappropriation investigations, software copyright issues, and licensing agreements.
