Gluk Michael

Michael Gluk represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Venable, Michael served as counsel in the insurance and healthcare fraud litigation practice of an international law firm. There, he represented large insurance companies in investigating, and recovering money paid as a result of, systemic healthcare fraud schemes. His experience includes representing insurers in state and federal courts in matters involving inflated charges, medically unnecessary services, unlawful patient brokering, kickbacks, and the unlawful corporate practice of medicine.

Michael is well versed in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, mediation, and appellate proceedings. While in law school, Michael was an articles editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review and served on the board of the UCLA Moot Court Honors Program. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
