Moshe Golombeck advises clients on a variety of transactional tax matters. Moshe integrates his business background with his legal skills to bring a holistic approach to client challenges, blending legal insight with strategic business solutions. His experience includes international structuring, mergers and acquisitions, state tax issues, tax controversies, partnership taxation, real estate planning, venture capital investments, and stock issuance plans.

Before joining Venable, Moshe worked for a large spices and herbs importer, where he focused on the business's legal needs and its subsequent sale and real estate divestment. He also worked for a family office and a private equity firm. At the firm, he brings his skills and experience to bear, offering his clients insights and solutions to navigate the complexities of transactional tax matters.
