Sophia Gunzburg is part of a team that advises clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation. As a Venable summer associate, Sophia supported a trial team in Texas litigating a patent infringement case on complex technology and drafted a memorandum on federal evidentiary rules and patent misuse. Sophia's law school experience makes her a thoughtful advocate. She worked as a student attorney with Loyola's Health Justice Project, a medico-legal partnership addressing systemic barriers impacting vulnerable communities, and competed in the 2023 Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, drafting a brief and arguments on topical intellectual property issues.
