Thomas Galvin assists clients with a variety of corporate law matters. Thomas has experience researching complex legal issues, drafting corporate governance documents, and performing diligence for corporate transactions. Prior to law school, Thomas worked in the technology start-up space and at a financial regulatory organization, where he learned how to approach legal concerns while prioritizing business interests. Thomas also worked at Venable as a summer associate.

During law school, Thomas worked directly with clients as a member of the William & Mary Law School low-income tax clinic, where he helped clients navigate complicated federal income tax issues. He also served as a member of the William & Mary Business Law Review, in which he has also been published.
