T.J. Gleason helps clients manage complex civil litigation matters, with experience in insurance defense involving automobile liability, premises liability, and construction defect claims. T.J. works through all stages of litigation, from drafting and filing motions, oppositions, and pleadings to advocating in trials, hearings, and mediations. He brings valuable government experience from his time with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he served as a judicial law clerk through the Attorney Honors Program. In that role, he supported an administrative law judge in high-stakes regulatory proceedings, drafting legal orders and recommended decisions and analyzing complex statutory and regulatory frameworks.
