Jesse Hervitz guides clients through a broad range of corporate transactions, commercial matters, and general corporate governance, with a particular focus on complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture-backed equity and debt financings, and private equity investments. Jesse also assists clients with joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Venable, Jesse served as a lobbyist, advocate, and organizer for a national community-based umbrella organization and as a legislative aid in the U.S. Senate.
