Molly Hogan

Molly Hogan focuses her practice on construction law, counseling clients through complex disputes. Molly has experience with tracking and resolving issues at the project level for complex public infrastructure projects. She has worked on projects across the country, including highway expansions, light-rail systems, bridges, and airport redevelopment. She has also assisted in handling a range of disputes over public infrastructure—these include defective work, surety bonds, mechanics’ liens, acceleration, delay, non-payment, and professional negligence.

When issues can't be resolved at the business table, Molly has routinely drafted mediation briefs, developed litigation strategy, managed litigation discovery, and assisted with settlement negotiations.

In addition, she regularly drafts design and construction contracts for owners and design professionals on such projects as luxury home renovations, commercial and residential high-rises, and industrial builds.
