Nelson focuses on cases involving a variety of technological subject matters and has extensive experience litigating complex disputes. He collaborates with clients’ in-house counsel and non-legal personnel to understand their needs, provide advice, and prepare witnesses. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, expert discovery, defending and taking depositions, dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and trial preparation and practice.
