Kaitlyn Iwanowski focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Prior to joining Venable, Kaitlyn acquired firsthand knowledge of the judicial decision-making process as an intern at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, litigating Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) cases at the complaint and summary judgment stages. In addition, Kaitlyn honed her legal writing skills as an author and member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and sharpened her oral advocacy skills as an award-winning moot court competitor.
